How do I book a stay?You can search on the website and if you find a property you like you can complete the form and we will be in touch to provide more details. If you do not see any properties that are suitable please contact us as we are continually adding new properties and we have a network of hosts across Canada that may have something suitable.

What is the minimum stay?Most of our properties require a minimum stay of 30 days. Please contact us if you require less depending on the time of year and your needs we may have properties that have flexibility.

Can I extend my stay?We require 14 days notice before the end of your current 30 day stay if you wish to extend your stay (unless you have already reserved for more than 30 days). Should the property not be available we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

What are the check in/check out times?We operate keyless entry self check ins. Check in time as 4 pm onwards local time. Check out is 11 am local time.

What are your cancellation terms?If you need to cancel your reservation we would appreciate as much notice as possible and in writing. Cancellation policy: Within 48 hours of making the original booking full refund. 30+ days before arrival: Refund minus $250 admin fee. 15-30 nights before arrival date: 50% refund. 0-14 nights before arrival date: 25% refund.
